   Voorheen kwamen deze fonts van fonts.googleapis.com. Dat had twee nadelen:
     - de stylesheet blokkeerde de eerste render, met een extra DNS- en TLS-hop
     - het IP-adres van elke bezoeker ging naar Google vóór enige toestemming, wat in
       de EU een AVG-knelpunt is en de reden was dat het cookiebeleid derde partijen
       vermeldde

   Het zijn variabele fonts, dus één bestand per familie en stijl dekt het hele
   gewichtsbereik. Dat is minder dan de 14 losse gewichten die de Google-CSS uitschreef:
   5 bestanden, 180 kB samen, waarvan de browser alleen laadt wat een pagina echt rendert.

   Subset: latin. De site gebruikt twee tekens die daarbuiten vallen (★ en →); die vielen
   ook bij Google al terug op een systeemfont, dus dat gedrag verandert niet.

   font-display: swap houdt de tekst direct leesbaar in een terugvalfont.
   Bestanden komen van fonts.gstatic.com; Cormorant Garamond, EB Garamond en Jost staan
   alle drie onder de SIL Open Font License, die zelf hosten toestaat.
